General league information
How the season works
- Standard 24 games + playoffs
- 3 × 15-minute stop-time periods
- Season runs September 1 to March 30
- Limited spots, with 8 to 10 teams per division
- Referees and scorekeeper for all games
- Individual and team stats tracked all season
- Best-of-3 district playoffs. Winners get $1,000 cash
- Division winners play for the Okanagan Cup
- Year-end All-Star Game & Skills Competition
- Registration opens June 1 · one-time $35 player insurance
Each city or region runs its own league and divisions during the regular season, so teams compete locally all year.
